A missing Texas toddler is safe and has been reunited with his family after a massive search. The sheriff of Grimes County confirmed three-year-old Christopher Ramirez was found alive shortly before noon. The boy was last seen playing with a dog Wednesday in his Plantersville neighborhood when he apparently wandered off. The sheriff says the boy was found nearly 5 miles from where he went missing by someone who spotted the boy and called officials.
