Two starters didn't practice for the Cowboys on Wednesday. Running back Ezekiel Elliott and wide receiver Amari Cooper both were sidelined, but each are expected to play this weekend. Elliott is dealing with some knee tightness and Cooper is still rehabbing his right hamstring. Dallas did have some good news as linebacker Keanu Neal was activated from the COVID-19 List. He returns after missing two games due to a positive COVID test.
