Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is calling out the Biden administration.
The Republican leader of the House laid out a litany of problems confronting the Biden White House, including the crisis at the southern border and the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
He went on to suggest the administration is like the "Jimmy Carter years." The California Republican also slammed congressional Democrats, saying they're failing "time and again."
