President Biden is pushing his ambitious economic plans. Speaking at the White House, Biden argued that it is time to put the U.S. on a new path.
He said the heart of his economic agenda involves boosting the middle class. Biden said the nation's wealthiest individuals and companies need to start paying their fair share of taxes.
He is pushing Congress hard to approve a 3.5 trillion dollar spending plan that he has called vital to the future.
Biden also wants to see final passage of a roughly one-trillion dollar infrastructure bill.
