The Cowboys are naming their starting right tackle for this weekend. Dallas owner and general manager Jerry Jones said the team plans to start Terence Steele at right tackle following the suspension of La'el Collins. Steele started 14 games at RT for the Cowboys last season as an undrafted rookie. Dallas also added Canadian placekicker Lirim Hajrullahu to its practice squad on Tuesday. He adds some depth behind starter Greg Zuerlein, who missed two field goals and an extra point in the team's season opener.
