Two state Attorneys General are suing the Biden Administration over its new COVID vaccine mandate.
The rule says federal workers and contractors, as well as employees at larger companies, must get the coronavirus vaccine or be tested weekly.
Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall calls the requirement an overreach, adding the mandate will only "further entrench vaccine skeptics."
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich claims the vaccine mandate is "a power grab that has never been attempted by any administration in the history of our republic."
