Cowboys Edged By Buccaneers In Season Opener

The Dallas Cowboys came up short, losing to the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers on a field goal in the waning seconds of last night's game.

Ryan Succop kicked the go-ahead field goal in the waning seconds as the Buccaneers edged the Cowboys 31-29 in Tampa. Tom Brady threw for 379 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions in the win. Rob Gronkowski finished with two touchdowns while Antonio Brown had 121 receiving yards and a TD. Dak Prescott finished with 403 passing yards, three touchdowns, and a pick in his return for the Cowboys. Ezekiel Elliott finished with just 33 rushing yards for Dallas.
