The second of three suspects in the fatal shooting of a man in Alamo Heights is now behind bars. Alamo Heights Police arrested 17-year-old Derrick Silici on Tuesday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Silici reportedly shot the victim on August 16th while 37-year-old Kelly Rix stole the man's truck because he owed her some money. Rix was arrested two-days later and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and vehicle theft. Police say a third suspect is still on the loose.
