Texas is near the top of the nation for catalytic converter thefts so far this year. A new report from State Farm says the Lone Star State has the second-most catalytic converter theft claims in the country with 1,380. The number-one state, California, has almost triple that amount with just over 3,800 claims. State Farm ranked Texas fourth in the U.S. for catalytic converter thefts last year.
