A bipartisan bill to fix U.S. infrastructure could come to a vote today in the U.S. Senate.
Bipartisan talks are still underway and no actual bill has been put forward. Nonetheless, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer wants to formally open debate with a procedural vote.
Schumer said the vote was a "motion to proceed" to a debate on the infrastructure bill.
