Former Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos' space exploration company Blue Origin is on the verge of its first manned suborbital flight. The Federal Aviation Administration gave the company an expanded operator license to include manned commercial space flights. Blue Origin's first launch of its New Shepard spacecraft into earth's lower orbit from the company's Launch Site One northeast of Van Horn, Texas is scheduled for next week on July 20th.
