Parents are pushing back against the new California mandate that requires all children to wear masks in the classroom.
Governor Gavin Newsom announced the new rule on Friday, right after the CDC recommended all unvaccinated children wear masks at school.
Sharon Mckeeman with the advocacy group "Let Them Breath" says they're getting ready to sue the state over the mandate. She added the lawsuit could be filed as soon as this week.
