Joey Gallo slugged his 21st home run of the season in the ninth inning of last night's game with a two-run shot, but it was not enough to lift the Rangers past the Tigers as Texas fell to Detroit 7-3. Kolby Allard was tagged with his fifth loss of the year after he allowed a pair of runs on five hits over 5.1 innings.
