More development is coming to New Braunfels. The New Braunfels City Council signed off on allowing infrastructure to support the Mayfair development. Thousands of homes and three new schools will be built on 18-hundred acres along I-35 north of Kohlenberg Road and the Conrads Road exit. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the year.
