The stepfather of baby King Jay Davila is being sentenced to 40 years in prison. Christopher Davila pled no contest yesterday to charges related to the death of the eight-month-old, who was found dead by authorities in 2019 after initially being reported missing. Officials say Davila and two family members staged a kidnapping to cover up the baby's death, and that he eventually led officers to King Jay's remains. Davila will get credit for time served.
