The Rangers completed a three-game sweep over the Kansas City Royals after taking yesterday's finale 4-1. Texas scored three times in the first inning, highlighted by a two-run home run off the bat of Joey Gallo for his 16th of the season. The Rangers hit the west coast tomorrow for the start of a six-game road trip that begins in Oakland against the Athletics.
