The death toll from the partial collapse of a Florida condo building stands at least 11. Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava announced this afternoon another body has been recovered. There are still 150 people unaccounted for five days after the building came down in Surfside near Miami Beach. Officials said their priority is on the search and rescue operation, and that they haven't given up hope of finding survivors.
