The AAA Texas Weekend Gas Watch says the statewide average gas price in Texas is $2.75 a gallon for regular unleaded. That price is up four-cents from a week ago, and is 98-cents higher than a year ago. The national average is $3.07. Crude oil prices are climbing, but OPEC and its allies are talking about increasing output. Demand is on the rise as summer drive time arrives. The average price at the pump in San Antonio is $2.65.
