Two men are under arrest for a cold-case murder in Comal County that happened 35-years ago. Investigators ruled the death of 56-year-old Charles Hardin a homicide after his body was found in August 1986 at a campsite near Canyon Lake. In March of this year, the Comal County Sheriff's Office asked the Texas Rangers for help. Forensic testing of crime scene evidence identified 56-year-old Tracey Loy of Utah, and 57-year-old Mark Gatten of Ohio, as persons of interest. Both men have been charged with Hardin's murder.
