A 24-year-old kidnapping suspect is under arrest after a high-speed police chase in Atascosa County on Monday. Dylan Plemons fled from Pleasanton police when they tried to pull him over at about 1 p.m. The resulting chase reached speeds of more than 100 mph, often in the wrong way. Plemons finally ran his SUV off the road and crashed. He tried to run away, but officers arrested him. Plemons and his female passenger reportedly threw drugs out the window of the SUV during the chase. Plemons was wanted for a kidnapping charge in Burnet County. He now faces drug and evasion charges.
