Five people are under arrest after somebody shot at a police officer on Monday on the Southeast Side. The plainclothes officer responded to a call from somebody who claimed his stolen car and other stolen goods were at a home on Lennon Avenue near South Presa. When the officer was near the home, somebody pulled up alongside him and fired shots. He called for backup as the suspect car returned to the home on Lennon. Police showed up at the house and arrested three men, along with a man and woman who showed up later.
