The trial for the man accused in the death of baby King Jay Davila is set to begin today. Christopher Davila is charged with fatally injuring the baby, and then enlisting his relatives to try to cover up his death. Davila told police the baby fell out of a car seat on the bed and hit his head on the floor. But investigators say Davila conspired with his mother and his cousin to stage a phony kidnapping in order to cover up King Jay's death.
