San Antonio police are confirming the discovery of a missing baby's body. The Bexar County ME positively identified James Chairez' remains today. Officers and the boy's family had been trying to find him since January after his mother claimed to have given him up for adoption. D'Lanny Chairez is under arrest on child endangerment accusations but more charges may be coming.
