President Biden is reportedly looking to change rule that's being used to fast-track the deportation of illegal immigrants. It's called Title 42 and Texas Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar fears it's on its last legs.
Immigration advocates have filed lawsuits targeting Title 42, which is a public health order. The Trump Administration used the argument that migrants pose a health risk during the pandemic.
More than 60 House Democrats are lobbying the President for its elimination, saying it has no legal standing.
