A firearms instructor for the Bexar County sheriff's office is under arrest for reportedly groping female recruits at the firing range. Sheriff Javier Salazar says a fellow recruit saw the grope and told his supervisor. After an investigation by the public integrity unit, 48-year-old deputy Toribio Gutierrez is charged with indecent assault and official oppression. Salazar says if trainees complained about his behavior, Gutierrez would imply that they wouldn't pass the shooting test.
