A man is under arrest after his ex-girlfriend accused him of kidnapping and beating her. Police say 18-year-old Daniel Moreno saw the woman on March 18th at a car wash. He reportedly shoved her into the back seat of her car and drove her to a field near South Presa and East Southcross. Moreno reportedly dragged her out of the car, then punched and choked her until a car's headlights shined on them. She then kicked Moreno, jumped into her car, and got away. Police arrested Moreno over the weekend on a kidnapping charge.
