Gas prices are down a penny in Texas. AAA Texas says drivers are paying around $2.58 for a gallon of regular unleaded. It's over a dollar more than this time last year. AAA Texas expects prices to go up over the summer due to increased driving but aren't sure how high things will go. Texas still has the second cheapest gas in the country.
