Mayor Bill de Blasio plans to fully reopen New York City on July 1st.
That's what the mayor said on MSNBC this morning.
He says the city is ready for stores, business offices and theaters to open at full strength.
The mayor and city health officials have been very pleased over the last couple weeks with a big drop in the coronavirus positivity rate and hospitalization rate.
