The woman accused of helping kill a Texas soldier wants the charges dropped. Cecily Aguilar's attorneys filed federal court documents yesterday saying there's not enough evidence to link her to Army Specialist Vanessa Guillen's murder. They also say Aguilar's confession should not be included because she hadn't been given her Miranda rights. Prosecutors say the 22-year-old destroyed Guillen's remains near Fort Hood last year at the behest of her boyfriend, Army Specialist Aaron Robinson. Robinson later committed suicide before police could capture him in connection with the killing.
