Texas state lawmakers are promising to pass legislation honoring Vanessa Guillen. One resolution urges Congress to pass the "I Am Vanessa Guillen" Act, changing how the military responds to sexual assault and harassment. A bill would rename part of State Highway 3 in Harris County after the murdered Army Specialist. The Houston native was reported missing last year at Fort Hood, and her body was discovered two-months later. A gate at Fort Hood was named in honor of Guillen on Monday.
