McCarthy: Border Situation Is Humanitarian, National Security Crisis

House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy calls the situation at the southern border a humanitarian and national security crisis.

McCarthy put the blame on the Biden administration during a Capitol briefing. He accused the administration of weakening security along the U.S. border with Mexico.

McCarthy claimed some suspected terrorists have been apprehended at the border. He also questioned whether all those who are apprehended at the border are tested for the coronavirus.

Meantime, McCarthy said now-former President Trump's border wall should be finished.
