Former Texas Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst is under arrest in North Texas. Dallas police say the 75-year-old attacked a woman yesterday afternoon near Dallas Love Field. He's already out on bail but accused of family violence. Dewhurst's girlfriend was arrested twice last year on claims she broke two of his ribs by kicking him and threw candle wax at him. A Harris County grand jury declined to indict her in the kicking case. She was not charged in the second case.
