A Mexican businessman living in San Antonio is under arrest for a scam that defrauded investors out of more than $1 million.. Juan Enrique Kramer claimed to be opening a chain of Mexican restaurants in Texas called Las Quesadillas. Instead, he pocketed the cash paid by those who wanted to run a franchise. Kramer, his wife, and two other people have all been charged with federal fraud charges. If found guilty, they face up to 20-years in prison.
