Plans to withdraw all U.S. troops from Afghanistan are expected from President Biden later today.
The White House provided excerpts from Biden's speech, in which he says it's "time for American troops to come home."
The President calls the Afghan conflict America's longest war.
There are about 3000 U.S. forces remaining in the war-torn country.
Biden is expected to announce the end of a full withdrawal by the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks in September.
