The Astros dropped their fourth consecutive game with an 8-2 loss to the Tigers. Jake Odorizzi's Astros debut was dimmed by Detroit tagging him for seven hits and five runs, including three home runs. The victory gives manager A.J. Hinch and Detroit its first series win against the Astros since July 2017 and the Tigers' first series win in Houston since May 2013. Myles Straw and Chas McCormick plated the runs for the Astros. The series wraps up tonight.
