President Biden is forming a commission to look into the possibility of expanding the Supreme Court beyond nine justices.
The bipartisan commission will conduct a 180-day study into possible Court reforms, including the size of the court, length of terms, turnover, and Court practices.
Some Democrats have called for expanding the Court to balance out the current 6-3 conservative majority. Biden said last October he was "not a fan of court-packing".
