Border Patrol Officials Say Donna, Texas Facility Remains Overcrowded

The deputy chief of U.S. Border Patrol says he's housing 4,100 immigrants inside a facility in Donna, Texas, approved for about 250 during the coronavirus pandemic. Raul Ortiz says he has no choice because Health and Human Services does not have a place for them to go. Thousands of migrant children have illegally crossed the border, leading to the current surge. Federal officials have set up temporary shelters in a number of cities to process the children and set them up with families as they await their day in court.
