San Antonio Police are investigating a deadly officer involved shooting after a man attempted to attack his own family at their South side home on Brighton Street earlier this morning.
The shooting happened in front of the suspect’s wife and her three children, ages seventeen, thirteen, and seven after he came after them with a knife. "The children were there, they were with the mom, they were screaming and panicking," said McManus.
None of the officers were injured.
