Metro Health officials reported 171 new coronavirus cases tonight, bringing the total number of cases in Bexar County to 198,969 since the pandemic began. Officials also reported six new deaths, raising the county's death toll to 2,853. The number of hospitalizations continues to plunge, and is down to 262. Nearly 193,000 patients have recovered.
