A local gentleman's club is back in business for now, even after the city shut off its power last week because of repeated citations.
XTC Cabaret reopened over the weekend after management brought in a generator to supply power to the building. Mayor Ron Nirenberg noted simply that actions have consequences.
After the club reopened, it was hit with at least two more citations for operating without a certificate of occupancy, making a total of five citations. Each one could cost the cabaret a $2,000 fine.
