Metallica is donating 75 thousand dollars to Feeding America to help stock the shelves of food banks across Texas. The state is still recovering from a deadly winter storm that kept the power off and caused water shortages for days. The heavy metal band stated that Texans are finding empty shelves at the grocery store, and food pantries are running out of supplies. The storm also destroyed the state's citrus and vegetable crops.
