A homeowner could face charges after a large fire on his property in Atascosa County Saturday. It broke out just off of I-37 south of San Antonio. Fire officials say the homeowner was burning trash when the flames spread to multiple tires, the home, and a trailer on the property. They also say the property owner had an illegal amount of tires on the property which could result in charges. Firefighters from multiple counties battled the blaze for several hours. No one was hurt but there is extensive damage.
