Emergency power conditions are over in Texas. Electric Reliability Council of Texas CEO Bill Magness says there may still be some power outages but noted it may be due to local damage to power lines. Other reasons for outages include places which need to have lines re-energized. Texas has been in a power emergency for most of the week due to two winter storms. Millions in the Lone Star State were without power this week while dealing with below freezing temperatures.
