A San Antonio Congressman is blaming power outages on people who are "married to fossil fuels." Democrat Joaquin Castro placed the blame Tuesday via social media. Castro was referring to certain members of ERCOT, some of whom he claimed are "climate deniers." But West Texas wind turbines are frozen solid in the winter blast. Wind turbines provided almost a quarter of the state's energy last year, making it the number-two power source after natural gas.
