A tragic story in Houston where a woman and child died and two others were hospitalized after being overcome by carbon monoxide. Houston police say it appears the family was trying to get warm by running their car in an attached garage after power had gone out in their home. Thousands of Texans are without power this morning as a result of this week's winter storm.
