Texas Governor Greg Abbott is releasing his budget priorities for the next two years. Abbott says he wants the Texas Legislature to focus on making sure people get access to coronavirus treatments and expand the state's personal protective equipment reserves. The governor's priorities include creating a business court to focus on disputes between businesses. Abbott is hoping representatives and senators will agree to fund the music and film industry and give more cash to promote Texas tourism. The Texas Legislature gavels back into session on Tuesday.
