Gov. Cuomo Says State Will Have Plan For NYC Indoor Dining By End Of Week

Governor Andrew Cuomo says the state will announce a plan to resume indoor dining in New York City by the end of this week.

Cuomo is also eliminating the state's "orange zone" micro-cluster designation, but he is keeping four "yellow zones" in places which include the Bronx.

This is all based on Cuomo's belief that the "post holiday surge" has come to an end.

The governor explains he's holding discussions with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, other elected officials, and restaurant planning boards to establish the indoor dining plan.
