The Texas Capitol is closed. The building and its grounds will be off-limits through Wednesday. The move comes amid warnings from the FBI of armed protests at every state capital ahead of President-elect Joe Biden's Inauguration. There will be increased law enforcement presence in the area with added police and Department of Public Safety troopers. A number of states have called up National Guard troops to strengthen security following the unrest at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.
