Governor Greg Abbott is promising Texas will fight the Biden White House once the President-elect is sworn in this week. Abbott tweeted lawsuits will be filed when state's right are interfered with by the federal government. He also said the state will fight back on other issues like private property rights. Biden will become the nation's next President on Wednesday.
