The Capitol Police chief is stepping down, hours after protesters took over the building. Steven Sund's last day will be the 16th. He's been criticized for a lack of security and planning amid calls for his resignation. Sund said today they didn't expect President Trump's supporters to get past police barricades. A new fence is now being installed around the Capitol and will be up for at least 30 days.
